The corner of Ariapita Ave and Luis St was buzzing Saturday night. With Studio Lounge about to celebrate its first anniversary this week, upstairs, the lights of a brand new spot were enticing Avenue limers to come check it out.
40/40, the newest night spot on Ariapita, opened its doors Friday night, and owner Anthony Tai Kong is looking forward to offering people "something classy and new".
According to Tai Kong, who also owns Club Senses at Royal Palm Plaza and the new bar Wave in Maraval, "Ät other bars, people just stand around and 'ole talk'."
The new place has a sports bar feel, complete with dart boards and no less than four pool tables, and lots of booths and bar space where friends can relax and unwind.
